Your Source for Convenient Support

Hello! Thank you for stopping by my page. My name is Gabriele Cash, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have served a wide variety of clients in the state of Florida for the last 13 years, including adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and families. Currently, I am accepting clients for individual therapy.

Positive life changes can occur when a safe, empathetic, and supportive space is provided. Healing and change can occur if a person has the opportunity of sharing thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I congratulate those willing to become open enough to invite this positive change. Together, we can encourage and facilitate growth in a direction that works best for you and for your life. I am now offering all of my services via online counseling. Please reach out for your free 20-minute consultation.

Learn More About Me

My own journey with therapy began when my father died when I was 9 years old. My wise mother ensured that I received the proper support to process that loss. At that time, I resolved to help others experiencing life cycle transitions and difficulties.
I graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology in 2003 from the University of South Florida, and then earned my Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy in 2005 from Alliant International University, Irvine, California. I then moved back to Florida and have been in private practice since 2006. During 2009-2010, I worked with a community-based project called Safe at Home with the Department of Children and Families.
Shortly after marrying my husband in 2008, we began our fertility journey. After almost five years of various fertility treatments, we received our miracle blessing of a son in August 2012. Because of that experience, I realized my calling to support women on their journey to motherhood.
Our small family consists of my husband, my son, myself, and two fur babies. We enjoy sporting activities, BBQs and family time.

Strength-Based Approach

Support That Makes a Difference

Hopeful Mommies are my passion. As a marriage and family therapist, my focus on women’s fertility journeys is influenced by my own struggle with fertility. My personal traumatic journey to motherhood, after multiple fertility treatments and other alternative methods to facilitate conceiving and ultimately having my son, helps me to understand and be a more empathetic ear for my patients who are facing similar challenges.

Other patients, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues, will learn how to cultivate feelings of control over their lives. We work on shifting negative thoughts to positive affirmations for their future. My practice philosophies include cognitive behavioral therapy and positive self-reflection, so that all patients, regardless of the life challenges that they need to discuss, have the skills and the opportunity to become the best version of themselves.
